Abhaya Productions was founded by Manorama in 2003. Interested to transmit thru music, chanting and documentary film the grandeur and beauty of the Sanskrit language, Yoga & Meditation as taught by her Guru, Shri Brahmananda Saraswati, as well as, reveal the exquisite beauty of Indian culture through Kathak Dance and Indian Classical music Manorama decided to pursue a degree in Film Studies at Columbia University.
After graduating, Manorama began work on a collection of traditional Sanskrit chants which Abhaya Productions released as its first project. The project was made as a tribute to her teacher and is titled Sarva-Bhuteshu 'In All Beings.'
