Beginners

Write out the full Sanskrit alphabet one time per day for 30 days. Pronounce as you go along.  Write your letters on lined paper.

Continuing Students

Read Chapter 12 in Antoine's  Copy the chapter out in your notebook.  Then repeat this process 3 more times.

Stay attentive.

Practice chanting the Guru Mantra 9 x's each morning.
